Returns and Refund

We understand selecting the right style and size online can be a difficult one, however as each item is individually printed with specific artwork, we cannot offer an exchange or refund for change of mind or incorrect sizing, unless the garment is in some way faulty. Refunds will only be applied if the product is damaged or deemed faulty, so please choose carefully. 

In the unlikely event you're unhappy with your product please email us at sale@thefourclover.com.au with the date of your purchase, your order number, what you want to return, and reason to return.

Once we have received this email we will organise a replacement /refund for you if the order meets our user agreement/return policy. 

Only Items that are faulty/damaged or have a faulty print may only be returned. Please examine your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. Any orders that are approved and paid for by the customer are considered to be permission to proceed, and order changes made after this time are not guaranteed to be processed.

We do not accept items that have noticeable wear or makeup stains. Returns must also comply with our user agreement.

Return must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods, tracked by date of delivery. All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
